Andrew Bridgen MP is the highest ranked Member of Parliament in the City and the County accordingly to a newly launched website RateYourMP.com.
RateYourMP.com has been launched to give people information about how their MPs have been performing in the run up to the General Election in May. The site uses open and public data from a variety of official sources such as data.parliament.uk and the Independent Parliamentary Standards Authority, and aims both to inform and entertain the electorate with a series of new metrics.
Free for anyone to use, it allows people to easily find their Member of Parliament by name, constituency or postcode. They are then presented with a profile page summarising information since the start of the current Government.
Andrew Bridgen MP states:
“I am delighted that I have been ranked the highest Member of Parliament in both Leicester and Leicestershire. RateYourMP.com only uses certain measures, and as constituency casework is a highly important part of the job, which I take very seriously, I urge the electorate to decide on 7th May.”
